Noken’s vocation for innovation, aimed at creating spaces defined by a contemporary design through the integration of sustainable solutions which use the most advanced technology has led us to take part in the Edit=E platform. Edit=E is an association of 0 businesses which are leaders in the field of innovation, with the common goal of creating synergies and establishing new trade links between Japan and Spain.
edit-e from Event S.A. on Vimeo.Founded in 2013 on the occasion of the 16th Spain-Japan Forum in Tokyo, and acronym of “Efficiency, Design, Innovation, Technology = España”, Edit=E emerged from the will to combine efforts to optimise the maximum potential and develop the activity of Spanish technology companies, from sectors such as transport, construction, energy, science and research, technology, tourism and leisure, and concessions and services.
Thus, Edit=E is organised as an initiative of economic and business cooperation between both countries, where Noken plays a very active role as a member, given the special interest of our firm, part of the PORCELANOSA Group, in research and the exchange of knowledge with Japanese organisations in relation to active ageing and the creation of a design for everyone in the bathroom sector.
In short, we at Noken believe that the Year of Spain in Japan (2013-2014) has allowed the active participation of the 0 sector with the commitment to further common initiatives. This is a cooperation which will be maintained until 2018, when the 150th anniversary of the Spanish-Japanese Treaty of Friendship, Commerce and Navigation will be celebrated.
