Terms and conditions of the Instagram giveaway

ORGANISER: NOKEN DESIGN S.A.U., the company that owns www.noken.com (hereinafter, the "Organizer" and the "Site," respectively). On the occasion of the upcoming fair at the Salone del Mobile in Milan, Noken is holding a giveaway of tickets to this event through the Instagram social media platform. The giveaway will be governed by the following terms and conditions:

1. Mechanics.
Persons wishing to enter must meet these 3 requirements:

- Be a follower of the brand's Instagram profile.
- Like the post announcing the giveaway, posted to the brand profile on 29/05.
- Tag in the comments to the same post the person with whom they would like to attend the fair. Followers can enter as many times as they like, tagging a different user in each comment.

2. Participants.
Participants must be PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS, who are of legal age. Employees of the Organizer or its Group, or any person who has been involved in any way in the organization of the Giveaway, may not participate in the Giveaway.

3. Presentation.
Entering the giveaway is free of charge and implies that the participant has an authentic open profile on Instagram and that he/she respects the terms and conditions of this social network (http://instagram.com/legal/terms/). To participate in the giveaway, users must meet the requirements described in point 1 of this document.

Any content that the Organizer considers inappropriate, offensive, violent, sexist, racist, or that violates the fundamental rights of people, will be excluded from the competition.

The giveaway winners will be selected at random from among the participants by a person from the organizing company using the app (https://app-sorteos.com/es/app). Up to four winners will be selected. The winners of the giveaway will be announced, stating the winning Instagram users in the giveaway prize announcement post (on 3 June at 3 pm, mainland Spain time). From that moment on, the winners have 48 hours to claim their prize via direct message on Instagram. The organization reserves the right to declare the prize abandoned or select fewer than 4 winners, if it finds that users have not met the specified requirements.

4. Duration.

The promotion will run and remain open to entries:
- From 29/05/22 at 6pm (local time in mainland Spain).
- Until 03/06/22 at 3pm (local time in mainland Spain).

5. Prize
Each of the 4 selected winners will receive the following prize: one ticket of admission to the design fair that will take place at the Salone del Mobile in Milan from 7 to 12 June. The acceptance of the prize by the winner implies giving the Organizer consent to use, for informative purposes, his/her name and image in the promotional material related to this giveaway. The prize may not be redeemed for the cash value. The Organizer will not be liable for any expenses that are not 100% related to the delivery of the ticket to attend the event, therefore, they will not cover travel, accommodation or any other expenses.

7. Data protection.
By participating in the giveaway, participants accept that the content and comments posted on this network and other social networks may be shared with other Instagram users, and on other channels such as the website or other communication channels used by the Organization.

8. Responsibilities.
Participants must not enter using false accounts, created expressly to participate in the giveaway. The Organizer is not responsible for any faults, or lack of availability of hardware, software, electronic communications or internet or other connections. The Organizer is not responsible for any changes, or consequences thereof, that may occur to a participant's mobile phone, computer system, or other equipment as a result of his/her participation. The Organizer reserves the right to:

- Exclude any participation, or any participant, in the event of incorrect data handling, or users it detects as "prize hunters" without having to justify its decision.
- Reject the participation in the giveaway of those who do not meet the requirements described in these terms and conditions of participation, or who contravene the rules or purpose of the giveaway, without the need to justify its decision.
- Cancel this giveaway, suspend it, or change any of the conditions if, for technical reasons or any other cause outside its control, it is not able to comply with the normal course of the competition, as established in these terms and conditions, without having to justify its decision.

9. Acceptance of the Rules.
Participation in this giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions and acceptance of Instagram's regulations.
