We look after the planet and the environment by substituting products like wood for flax surplus or including recycled materials in our products, without compromising on their resistance properties and quality.
The Change
You Choose
It’s time to relearn, stop, and take notice. Changing our habits – however small – can revolutionise our lifestyle and change the way we interact with the planet:
#TheChangesYouChoose.
Our eco-conscious concept WaterForest came about from us thinking about these changes. The label is shown on all products and solutions that reduce water consumption, CO2 emissions, and environmental impact. The label facilitates LEED and BREEAM certification for sustainable buildings, achieving water savings of up to 89% in hotel, housing and restaurant developments.
We look after the planet and the environment by substituting products like wood for flax surplus or including recycled materials in our products, without compromising on their resistance properties and quality.
Our aerators help reduce the consumption of resources by always keeping the flow limit at a fixed rate of litres per minute no matter the pressure, resulting in up to 89% of water saved without the user even noticing.
* According to the Spanish Ministry for the Ecological Transition, 73% of household water is used in the bathroom.
With no impact on user comfort, they maintain a steady flow rate regardless of pressure changes, limiting it by up to 89%.
The cold-start mechanism opens the mixer tap in a central position, allowing only cold water to run. This therefore avoids
any unnecessary use of hot water. It also leads to a reduction in energy consumption for heaters and boilers.
Using Noken Eco-Flow limiters means you can reduce your shower’s water flow by up to 75%, with no impact on user comfort.
Natural rainfall was the inspiration behind the development of our innovative Noken Eco-Air technology. Air is drawn in to the shower head and mixed with water at a ratio of 3:1. And it also increases the pressure. Compared with
conventional shower technology, the system improves user comfort by making it feel as though the water is flowing at a higher volume.
Noken has several different thermostatic faucets with ECO buttons. This mechanism enables savings of up to 50% of
consumption. When the user reaches half of the flow handle’s distance, it stops until the user presses the ECO button to
access the thermostatic faucet’s total available flow.
Mineral Stone represents our commitment to the environment without sacrificing the properties of high quality components: resistance, purity and lightness.
The formula we use for our Mineral Stone shower trays is composed of 60% natural calcium carbonate, recycled from white marble quarries.
The Light Stone series is characterised by being as light as it is resistant, and is easy to transport and install.
Our Light Stone shower trays have a compact flax fibre core.
By replacing wood with surplus flax fibre, we’re constructing eco-friendly panels that help protect the environment and
create a more sustainable future, combating deforestation.
Noken’s ECO dual flush system for toilets enables users to use more or less water depending on their needs. This system is available for all our toilets.
The new ECO MAX flush set, with the Smart Line cistern and Acro compact toilet, reduces flushing to 4 and 2 litres. This is a 70% reduction compared to a standard 9 litre flush.
Touchless bathrooms have become an option that can’t be ignored in both public and private bathrooms, becoming ever more widespread – and essential. They help save water and ensure improved hygiene by avoiding physical contact with products.
Noken, in line with WaterForest, its commitment to sustainability and its desire to raise awareness of the importance of caring for the environment, has an outstanding photovoltaic power plant for self-consumption within the bathroom solutions industry.
This installation generates 30% of the energy consumption of its production process. This is equivalent to avoiding 100 tonnes of CO2 emissions per year, as well as planting 150 trees annually.
A further gesture towards helping the planet, in addition to the WaterForest movement, through which it offers solutions to save up to 89% of water in the home and in public spaces.
