Noken will be present in the exhibition space designed by Ramón Esteve to present the new products by L’Antic Colonial at Cersaie 2014. Just a few weeks from the start of this important date for the architecture and interior design sector, which will be held in Bologna (Italy) from the 22nd to the 27th of September, the Valencian architect is finalising all the details to present a new bathroom collection.

Architect and interior designer, Ramón Esteve founded his own studio (Ramón Esteve Estudio de Arquitectura) in 1991, was balanced from 2005 with his teaching work at the Polytechnic University of Valencia’s Architecture School. His professional career at both national and international levels has won many awards, among them the 2003-2004 First Prize for Architecture from the COACV, the Selección Delta 2010 and the European Hotel Design Award 2010. Furthermore, the Ramón Esteve Architecture / Design monograph, distributed in more than 35 countries, compiles his work, and the IVAM (Valencia Institute of Modern Art) recently celebrated his 20 year career.

Now, Esteve has selected Lounge bathroom taps by Noken to complete the collection of accessories which he has designed himself using the wood and natural stone of L’Antic Colonial. Minimalism and elegance are the features which best define the fusion of straight lines and rounded edges which give the characteristic silhouette of the Lounge bathroom tap collection. A complete range which includes various versions for washbasin, bathtub and shower, including modern options such as ground fitted mixer taps, to achieve modern, distinctive results, available in chrome and white finishes.

In the case of the space designed by Ramón Esteve, to achieve a more striking effect, three new finishes were especially created for the space – smoked copper, smoked grey, and smoked gold – which have also been used for the wall coverings.

This is without doubt a display which will attract the interest of professionals attending the trade fair, and which is defined by the tones of materials used and visual harmony, which can be appreciated from outside of the stand.

Don’t miss the fabulous space designed by Ramón Esteve with bathroom taps by Noken and natural materials from L’Antic Colonial at the PORCELANOSA Group stand at the Bologna Exhibition Centre: Hall 26, Stands A-298; B-196 and A-288; B-293.

Why did you choose the Lounge series taps?

We chose the LOUNGE collection because it perfectly integrates into the space we have designed thanks to its pure, architectural forms. We were offered all the possibilities for the different models that we needed: for the wall, floor, countertop… Additionally we were offered the possibility of gold, smoked grey and bronze finishes.

A product from the Noken catalogue?

Of course I really liked the Lounge series and all the shower heads are terrific.
