The project:

Situated in a dream-like location, overlooking the Loch of Lowes lake and with the nearby Creoch in sight, this is where the Lochside House Hotel and Spa  stands. It is a 19th century noble and symbolic building in the midst of nature which was built by the Marquis of Bute, and it was used as a shooting lodge.

It belongs to the Rad Hotel Group, and the building has undergone various stages of refurbishments and extensions resulting in a venue with impressive panoramic views and outstanding interiors. That is the reason why it has been given with the award of hotel excellence several times because of both its design and its history.

Its brilliant poetical interior design really amazes, as it is both lovely and sumptuous, and full of finishes in fine materials such as natural wood and stone, and furthermore, it is perfectly combined with modern-styled items. A high-standing project aimed at fulfilling the meticulous requests of the most refined guests.

An aesthetic virtuosity regarding the inside of the bathrooms as well, whose design bears the quality seal of both Noken and its team of professionals specialised in bathrooms equipment. Therefore, the bathroom design perfectly matches the rest of the hotel, with a strong contemporary style, thus, meeting quality standards at the highest level.

Wall hung items are the ones which define the functionality in these spaces, thus, making them become more spacious and with low-maintenance properties. Hence, the interior designers in charge of the project have opted for compact sanitarywares, such as the Hotel’s wall hung sanitarywares and the Arquitect wall hung sanitarywares.

Rooms are fitted with different basin models thanks to the wide ranging catalogue of products, which offers a wide versatility that adapts to any project. It is worth mentioning the basin models Neox, City and Jam, whose minimalism is made the best use of in its wall hung basin versions. Its beauty is highlighted thanks to the deck-mounted single lever basin taps from the Acro N series, a choice which is characterised by its square shapes, which is design in its purest form.

On the other hand, and with regard to showers and bathtubs, bathrooms are fitted with the Toscana fixed shower head and arm and the elegant Minimal bathtub in its built-in version.

The result obtained is a renovated space which has managed to keep the authenticity and nature of its origin, by being adapted to the latest modern trends. A fusion that makes this space become a real architectural gem.
